Uncle Joe came home a month ago. The family gathered together in Southern California to welcome home Joe from his two year mission. This was a special experience for our little family. The kids have written, drawn pictures, sent photos and prayed for their Uncle Joe for two years. Seeing him come home from a success mission in Colorado was a powerful confirmation to them that their prayers were answered.
We are all so glad that Uncle Joe is home. He came for a brief visit to Havasu for Halloween. The kids loved seeing him (even if the visit was to see someone else). Dan and I are grateful for his example and relationship with our kiddos. Ty hopes to serve a mission to Maryland and Emma wants to serve in South America or Canada.
