1 ... Wow

Today, Eli turned one year old. It was a simple day. We sang to Eli, took the kids for pizza (which Eli loves) and took turns hugging on the little guy. I spent a few minutes with just him today. We cuddled and he jabbered about all that has happened in this last year. No, I didn't catch anything. It's hard to believe that it has been year but also grateful that he is turning one. We love our little guy.

MIA

I have been missing from the blogging world and therefore connecting with dear family and friends. I have a good reason.

I was in charge of our Ward (church's congregation) Christmas party.

It consumed my life for the last month but I am happy to report ... I'm back. My kids are getting dinner at home. Laundry is back in drawers. I have stopped mumbling to myself and all traces of the party are nearly but away.

The party was a huge success. I don't have any pictures yet, but soon I will have proof of my madness.
